Over the course of the last four years, we’ve been able to dramatically increase the number of products donated through a program initiated by our U.S. Supply Chain team.
The goal was to reduce the amount of products sent to landfills by closely tracking inventory expiration dates and working with local hunger relief organizations such as Feed the Children and Feeding America, to donate truckloads of Hain Celestial products to those in need.
In the fiscal year of 2022 alone, we donated approximately $4.7M worth of products to hunger relief organizations, and we are always seeking out new ways to give back to our communities.
